The Karidi cake is a derivative of the traditional Greek karidopita pie, to which some fine ingredients have been added. Thus a spectacular and delicious dessert was obtained.
This cake is composed of well-syruped cocoa sponge cake, ground walnut, cinnamon, cloves and vanilla-flavored milk cream. The milk chocolate ganache gives it a special appearance, being made in the form of an elegant flower.
This composition is found both in the cake version Karidi as well as in variant of Mini cakes.
