Carrot Cake

Carrot cake never seems to go out of style. This rich and moist spice cake, filled with grated carrot, toasted walnuts, cinnamon and vanilla, packs a punch, especially when topped with a sweet cream cheese frosting like ours. The interesting part is that while those cute orange flecks of grated carrot give Carrot Cake color, sweetness and a moist texture, its flavor is almost indistinguishable.
