Mango Coconut

Coconut and mango! Two ingredients that make us think of summer and its aromas.
We prepare all the ingredients from scratch, mango and coconut, to keep the flavors without adding extra ingredients. I added a little white chocolate to keep the coconut flavors in balance. On top we add super crispy paillete feuilletines, lightly soaked in coconut syrup. Served in a glass container, it can be perfectly accompanied by a glass of prosecco, champagne or white wine!
